APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - $441,405.13 CREDIT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On July 11, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Greater Bay Construction Company, Inc. The scope of work provides for remodel of existing Gymnasium and renovation of a single story wing used for ROTC and classrooms.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax 2006.
