EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the engineering firm of A. J. Sanchez Consulting Engineers. On April 4, 2006, the Board awarded the project to the only bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corporation. The scope of work provides for replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.
Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District. Change Order No. 3 provides a time extension necessitated by construction delays.

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
