This project was planned by the engineering firm of Ruyle Hayes + Jennewein Architects, P.A. On June 6, 2006, the Board appointed the firm of Gemini, Inc. for project completion. The scope of work provided for complete exterior painting and waterproofing, and replacement of selected windows.

Change Order No. 1 provides preparation, priming, and painting of the interior face of exterior doors on all buildings slated for exterior painting, and an additional finish coat on exterior doors and canopy support poles. A time extension is included for completion of the work. Change Order No. 2 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
