EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 22, 2005, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects and Greater Bay Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This facility is a modification of the Pizzo Elementary School design. As of the current boundaries, relief will be provided for Citrus Park, McKitrick, and Schwarzkopf Elementary Schools.
Change Order No. 1 provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District. Change Order No. 2 provides a chain link fence enclosure for the dumpsters, generator pad and transformer enclosure, and new fire alarm devices in Buildings 1-4.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series 2002 and Classrooms for Kids 2005.
