SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Use of School Bus (School Board Vehicle) by Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Each summer the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA provides activities for school age children. Activities include various field trips. The YMCA is requesting to lease our school buses to transport school age children on various field trips from May 29, 2007 and ending August 17, 2007. The program is offered to various Family Branches, After School Care, and Outreach sites.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)
There is no financial impact to the District. The Tampa Metropolitan YMCA agrees to pay for costs of transportation at the rate of $30.00 per hour and $1.75 per mile.
