EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Gottfried + Garcia Architects, AIA, PA. On January 13, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of SL Construction & Remodeling, Inc. On October 19, 2004, a joint venture between SL Construction & Remodeling, Inc. and Manhattan Construction Company was approved to ensure the availability of sufficient resources to meet all project requirements. The scope of work provides for ten additional classrooms that meet class size reduction requirements.
This change order provides credits for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
