EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Gould Evans Associates with Manhattan Construction Company providing construction management services. The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of the Administration, Media, and classrooms buildings. On September 7, 2006, the Board approved the construction of a temporary campus consisting of 35 portables to house students and faculty until completion of the replacement facilities.
This change order provides for high voltage electrical systems, site perimeter security, plumbing systems, and low voltage communications systems associated with the installation of the portables.
