ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES ON A CONTINUING CONTRACT BASIS
WOODBRIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
AMENDMENT OF ARCHITECTURAL AGREEMENTS

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Gottfried & Garcia Architects, AIA, PA is currently under contract to provide architectural services for miscellaneous projects under a continuing contract basis and the Woodbridge Elementary School renovation project. Due to a change in ownership of the firm, the name of the company has been legally changed to Gottfried, Garcia and Rodriguez, Architects, AIA, PA. The firm has requested that their agreements be reissued to reflect this change.

Amendment of agreements will allow payments to be issued in the firm's legal name.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

There is no financial impact to the District.
