APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - $522,212.83 NET CREDIT
ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On October 19, 2004, the Board appointed J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design-build services for the Rampello Downtown School Parking Facility. The scope of work provided for construction of a new parking garage to house 450 automobiles.

This change order provides credits for deletion of cameras, project savings, return of unused contingency funds, and final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. It also provides for water tie in, storm water revisions, storefront and awning, relocation of sanitary tie in and 6" water line, and modification of electrical service configuration.
