EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the engineering firm of Lyle Engineering Group, Inc. On February 7, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp. The scope of work provides for replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.
This change order provides shut down relays for air handling units, air return ducts and power poles for compliance with code, installation of required pump disconnects, and replacement of inoperable control module and wiring. A time extension is included for completion of the work.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
