Approve Agreement for Technical Services with Jan Rouse for Strategic Planning with the School Board and the Superintendent (Information and Technology)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Jan Rouse will facilitate one to three sessions as to be determined with the School Board and the Superintendent to address critical issues and needs. The goal of the training will be to prioritize challenges and work toward consensus as the district's leadership team.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The cost of each session is $1,500 and will be charged to Staff Development funds, Project 4502. This expense will not exceed $4,500.00.
EVALUATION
At the completion of each workshop, participants will complete a survey to collect qualitative data regarding the day's activities.
