EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the architectural firm of Abell Garcia Architects P.A. On January 16, 2007, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. The scope of renovation includes new roofing, air conditioning, electrical and communication systems, fencing, painting, handicap accessibility modifications, and canopy repairs.
Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the facility. Project completion is scheduled for December 11, 2007.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $3,745,127. The construction budget is $3,785,570. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax.
