SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the architectural firm of Gottfried, Garcia and Rodriguez, Architects, AIA, PA, Inc. The scope of work provides for replacement of mechanical system components, including the condensing units and air handlers. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Quality Roofing of Florida, Inc. is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for August 17, 2007.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $399,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance and 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $399,000.
