Approve Agreement for Technical Services for the Active Directory and Server Upgrade Projects (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Agreements for Technical Services have been prepared for the attached list of district employees and one non-school employee. These individuals are technology leads at their sites and/or have served previously in this capacity as we complete the 2004-2007 Tech Plan projects.
Specifically these contracts will assist with completing the following:
- Installation of domain controllers (DC) at all sites.
- Upgrade to 2GB the random access memory in previously installed DC.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goal 3.1 The District facilitates the effective use of Technology.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Funds of $47,801.23 are included in the Erate Project 5311.
EVALUATION
Complete Active Directory rollout and replication of complete global catalog for authentication purposes.
