EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On January 17, 2006, the Board appointed Reynolds, Smith & Hills, Inc. and Christiano Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work includes 24 new classrooms plus 2 student toilets, providing 600 additional student stations. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.
This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District.
