Suncoast Architectural Studios, Inc. and Kenyon & Partners, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for resurfacing of existing pavement at Cannella Elementary School and King High School. Additional scope includes 14 new staff parking spaces and relocation of the bus loop at Cannella Elementary School, and new lighting for the student parking lot at King High School.

Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for each project. Completion is scheduled for August 16, 2007.

Construction cost for Cannella Elementary School is warranted at $399,259.23. The construction budget is $399,259.23. Construction cost for King High School is warranted at $546,123.96. The construction budget is $546,123.96. These items are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
