This project was planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On July 11, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. The scope of work provides for remodel of existing Gymnasium and renovation of a single story wing used for ROTC and classrooms.

Change Order No. 5 provides for two new aluminum windows on east side of the Gymnasium, steel support columns for new trusses at Gymnasium entry at Media Center, and various unforeseen conditions including the addition of window pockets in Rooms 153, 155, and 157, ductwork from existing exhaust fans to new ceiling for code compliance, soffit to accommodate ductwork in Wrestling Room, removal and disposal of additional slab, stairs, and asphalt discovered under existing slab on the west end of Gymnasium, repair of existing masonry window pier and damaged window sills, and replacement of leaking roof drain and piping in the ROTC wing. Change Order No. 6 provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District.
