Approve License and Use Agreement with Florida State Fair Authority for Student Nutrition Services Annual Employee Conference (Business Office)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The School Board of Hillsborough County will contract with the Florida State Fair Authority to house the 15th Annual Employee Conference for Student Nutrition Services on October 19, 2007. This annual event recognizes the exemplary employees of Student Nutrition Services for their years of dedicated service. The conference awards many employees for specific contributions to the department, and provides educational and motivational speakers. The cost of the contract includes facility and equipment rental, custodial services, utility costs, and event management expenses (see attached documentation).

Projected cost of agreement of $2,833.04 is available from the Student Nutrition Services budget.
