ROOSEVELT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
APPROVAL OF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
INSTALLATION OF COMMUNICATION CABLE IN RIGHT-OF-WAY

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

An addition is being constructed at Roosevelt Elementary in the City of Tampa and is scheduled for opening in August 2007. The City of Tampa is requiring adoption of an Interlocal Agreement between the City and the School Board in order to allow the installation of fiber-optic communication cable under Tacon Street and connecting to Roosevelt Elementary addition.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

This project will cost approximately $8,000 and is included in the District Capital Outlay: Classrooms for Kids.
