SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of RHC and Associates, Inc. The scope of work provides for demolition and replacement of the softball field lighting system and associated electrical service equipment at King High School.
The project was advertised and two bids were received (see attachment). The low bidder, M. Gay Construction, is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for November 5, 2007.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $179,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $179,000.
