Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement and Memorandums of Understanding with the Hillsborough School Employees Federation (HSEF).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A
Salary Agreement has been reached with HSEF (Attachment A), retroactive to July 1, 2007. Changes in language to the HSEF contract (Attachment B) and the following
Memorandums of Understanding have been agreed upon:
- Inservice Training and Professional Development (Attachment C)
- Experience Credit (Attachment D)
- Monitor Schedule Changes (Attachment E)
- Overtime Committee (Attachment F)
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
All District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Provide the following salary adjustment:
- Salary: $4,956,262
- Fingerprinting: $90,695
- Insurance: $1,376,726
- Uniforms: $618,532
