On September 7, 2004, the Board appointed John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and Hunt Construction Group, Inc. to provide design and construction management services for classroom additions at Cork, Knights, and Springhead Elementary Schools. These additions are necessary to meet class size reduction requirements. The scope of work provides for the construction of 16 additional classrooms at Cork, Knights, and Springhead Elementary Schools.

Change Order No. 3 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 4 provides credits for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds. It also includes additional general conditions and final reconciliation from Bun Construction for sitework.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
