EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Ranon & Partners, Inc. On September 28, 1999, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Hardin Construction Group, Inc. This new facility was constructed to relieve overcrowding at Wharton and Gaither High Schools.
This change order provides credits for two disposals not installed in Building 11, non-compliant gypsum board at Building 9, and the return of unused contingency funds. It also provides for the final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
