EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On January 13, 2004, the District declared the 26.84 +/- acre parcel at Interstate Commerce Park surplus property. The property has appraised for $3,119,000 and the District has received an offer that exceeds the appraised value. The sale will be "as is" and no brokerage commission is being incurred.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8: Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)
The proposed sale will result in an increase of $4,500,000 in revenue available for non-survey recommended school construction.
