SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Staff has identified the need for an elementary and high school site in the Plant City area. A potential site has been located at North Frontage Road and North Maryland Avenue consisting of approximately 85 +/- acres. During the appraisal process, the District will be working with Plant City to consider possible co-locations for the site.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Critical Success Factor 6.a.8: Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Appraisal fees in an amount not to exceed $15,000 will be derived from 2 Mill Capital Outlay budget for site acquisition.
