Approve Revised Calendar for the Adoption of the Fiscal Year 2005-2006 Budget (Business Division)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On June 7, 2005, the Board approved the proposed calendar for the adoption of the 2005-2006 budget. Truth in Millage (TRIM) requriements specify that budget hearings are to be held after 5:00 PM. The requested revision to the calendar is to change the time of the first public hearing on July 26, 2005, from 5:00 PM to 5:01 PM in order to ensure compliance with the TRIM requirements.

There is no monetary impact to the District.
