Approve Letter of Agreement with Ferman Motor Car Company (Business Division)

Ferman Motor Car Company has proposed a financial agreement with the District's high schools for a promotion for the 2005-06 school year. Under the proposed program, each school that participates will receive a sponsor fee of $1,000. In addition to the compensation listed above for all participating schools, the sponsor will also afford $200 to each participating school for every vehicle purchased by a school "patron" and $10 to each participating school for every non-warranty service department purchase by a school "patron."

Each high school will receive $1,000 sponsorship, $200 for every vehicle purchased by a school "patron" and $10 for every non-warranty service purchased by a school "patron".
