HVAC IMPROVEMENTS
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - $43,935.32 EXTRA / 28 CALENDAR DAY TIME EXTENSION

This project was planned by the architectural firm of John J. McKenna, Architect. On January 13, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Vogel Bros. Building Co. in association with CDC. The scope of work includes replacement of selected HVAC system components, and repair to finishes damaged during the work.

This change order provides for additional general conditions necessitated by the delay in mobilizing on Phase 2. A time extension of 28 calendar days is included for completion of the work. Also provided is an additional Variable Air Volume (VAV) box and replacement of mechanical and electrical components as needed.
