EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the engineering firm of Long & Associates Engineers/Architects, Inc. SouthEast Construction and Development, Inc. is providing construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work provides for the replacement of gas piping and lab fixtures.
This change order provides for excavation, replacement sod, and saw cutting for hidden concrete slab, continuous vertical sleeves for gas drops in classrooms, and costs for use of ground penetrating radar. It also provides credits for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
The architect advises that the referenced project is substantially complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
