SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of Carastro & Associates, Inc. The scope of work provides for intercom replacement. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Alarm & Communications Inc., is recommended. The starting date will be July 27, 2005, with a projected completion date of August 15, 2005.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $81,875 are included in the District Capital outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance. The bid amount is $81,875.
