SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On October 19, 2004, the Board appointed J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design-build services for the Rampello Downtown School Parking Facility. The scope of work provides for construction of a new parking garage to house 450 automobiles.
Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the facility. Project completion is scheduled for December 20, 2005.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 – Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction and design cost is warranted at $5,444,096. The construction and design budget is $5,444,096. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax 2004.
