Approve Acceptance of Project for HVAC Renovation at
Webb Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Mechanical Engineering Solutions, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide engineering services. On May 29, 2007, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Serge's Air Conditioning, Inc. The scope of work provided for replacement of a chiller, rooftop air conditioning units, and controls.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
