EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Halfacre Construction Company were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The installation of temporary relocatables provides the necessary classroom space for use during the previously approved renovation. Project completion is scheduled for August 15, 2008.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish a cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $303,154.54. The construction budget is $303,200. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
