The School Board's Interlocal Agreement for the School Site Dedication Program requires that the School Board approve a resolution for reimbursement for land purchases and expenses related to school construction. The School Board's Impact Fee account balance ending September 30, 2008 is $10,772,008 inclusive of Plant City, City of Tampa, Temple Terrace and Unincorporated Hillsborough County. In July, 2006, the impact fee formula was revised to collect funds for both land and construction costs.

By approval of this Resolution, the Board is requesting reimbursement for the balance of the land purchase for High School "UUU", Elementary School "J" and an unnamed middle school located in the Dover area; land purchase for 505 Victoria Lane adjacent to McLane Middle School; and for the land purchase and a portion of the construction expenses for Kimbell Elementary School (Elementary "M") located in the Tampa area.
