Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement with the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association (HCTA) - Teacher Unit and Educational Support Personnel (ESP) Unit.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A Salary Agreement has been reached with the HCTA for the Teacher and ESP bargaining units (Attachment A), retroactive to July 1, 2008.

  • Salary (Teachers): $14,473,607
  • Salary (ESP): $1,206,665
  • Fingerprinting (Teachers): $143,583
  • Fingerpringing (ESP): $38,758
