On April 24, 2007, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. to provide design services. The Morganti Group, Inc. was appointed on May 8, 2007, to provide construction services. The scope of work provides for the interior build out of new tenant spaces. The tenants include Student Nutritional Services, Student Records, Media Services, Internal Communications, and Staff Development. Unfinished space has been reserved for the future occupancy of the Center for Technology and Education. The conference, meeting, and training spaces will be shared by all tenants. The collocation of the Center for Technology and Education with the office of Staff Development in close proximity with Media Services, and the broadcast studio, is expected to be very beneficial to the District.

Change Order No. 1 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
