Approve Developer Agreements for Off-Site Improvements for Strawberry Crest High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Developers Agreements are required for all off-site improvements that are to be dedicated to Hillsborough County. It is necessary to enter into Developer Agreements with Hillsborough County for the following three off-site improvement projects serving Strawberry Crest High School:

  1. Sanitary Sewer Force Main
  2. Gallagher Road Widening
  3. Newsome Road T-Turn
