EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed Gould Evans Associates and Manhattan Construction Company to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work included the demolition and replacement of the Administration, Media, and classroom buildings.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
