Approve Amendment of Engineer's Agreement for Engineering Services on a Continuing Contract Basis

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Tanase & Associates Inc. is currently under contract to provide engineering services for miscellaneous projects on a continuing basis. The firm has entered into a joint venture with KBA Engineering, Inc. for professional engineering services in connection with projects awarded as part of the continuing services contract held by Tanase & Associates Inc.

The firm has requested that their continuing services agreement be reissued to reflect the legal name of the joint venture, Tanase & Associates Inc. and KBA Engineering, Inc.

Amendment of the agreement will allow payments to be issued to the joint venture.

There is no financial impact to the District.
