Recognition of Magnet Schools of America (MSA) Merit Award Winners (Magnet Schools - Curriculum and Instruction Division)

On May 4, 2010, 14 magnet schools received Merit School awards in two categories at the Magnet Schools of America 28th national conference in Tampa. MSA awards Magnet Schools of Excellence and Magnet Schools of Distinction based on “commitment to high academic standards, curriculum innovation, successful desegregation/ diversity efforts, and the consistent delivery of quality services to all school stakeholders.”

Hillsborough County Public Schools have been recognized more than 70 times by the Magnet Schools of America organization.
