Approve Contract with Lawson Software for Talent Management Implementation Services (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In February, the district purchased Lawson's Talent Management software. This contract is for consulting services to guide the district in the implementation of the Talent Management suite of products. It is expected that the implementation will run for the next 18 - 20 months.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The contracted amount of $508,800 will come from the Empowering Effective Teachers grant. This contract is a time and materials contract, and we will only pay for the hours actually used. Travel for this Lawson team contract is estimated to be approximately $60,000, which is included.
