Approve the Naming of the Road Between Bowers-Whitley Career Center and Muller Elementary School

The University Community Development Area, Enterprise Village, Hillsborough County Health Department, staff of Bowers-Whitley Career Center and Muller Elementary School have requested that the road between the two ponds (by both school sites), be named Victor Crist Drive in honor of Senator Victor D. Crist.

Senator Crist has made a great difference in the University Area Community. He has encouraged the people to work together by providing opportunities for community members to develop their skills and knowledge. Senator Crist volunteers numerous hours in this community. He has been a great supporter of the schools and community. The vision of Senator Crist has made the University Area what it is today.

There is no financial impact to the district. The cost of the road signs will be paid by the University Community Area.
