Approve the Inter-local Agreement with the Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department to Provide School Buses and School Bus Drivers and Attendant Bus Riders for Summer Field Trips
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department will obtain the use of twenty-eight (28) buses, drivers and attendants to be employed for field trips servicing children participating in summer Parks and Recreation programs across the county. The dates of use range from June 21, 2010 through August 12, 2010. The trip destinations include sites in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota and Osceola counties.

* Demonstrate "best practices" in all aspects of safety including students, employees, visitors, facilities, transportation, and health
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)
The Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department will be billed for all administrative costs ($10,427.00). Additionally, all drivers' salaries, fuel, and bus use will be billed at $30.00 per hour and $1.75 per mile.
