Approve Acceptance of Project for Classrooms for Kids Addition at
Collins Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. and The Morganti Group, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for an additional 14 classrooms. This addition was necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
