Approve Personnel Disciplinary Action

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The School Board, per Florida Statute, is the governing body that may suspend without pay, or terminate, a school district employee; therefore, the Superintendent is requesting that the instructional employee listed on "Attachment A" be suspended without pay, and the instructional support employee listed on "Attachment B" be terminated, effective June 9, 2010.
