Approve the Recommendation Regarding the Purchase of "Language Learning Software" from Rosetta Stone Ltd. (Sole-Source Provider)(Business Division)

These items from Rosetta Stone Ltd. are considered sole source items and are exempt from the bidding process per Department of Education 6A1.012 purchasing policies.

The materials in question, "Language Learning Software," from Rosetta Stone is utilized to enhance language instruction. The program helps in the development of listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as, development of Cognitive Academic Language Proficiency. This program will be used for limited English proficient students.
