Renew Existing Bid Submitted by Beth Ingram & Associates - Request for Proposal (RFP) #4650-KJ Client Services for Speech Language Pathology Services for the Term Beginning September 10, 2010, and Ending September 9, 2011 (Business Division)

On July 25, 2005, the Procurement Department, in conjunction with the Exceptional Student Education Department, issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Speech-Language Pathology services. The effective date for this award was September 10, 2005, with an expiration date of September 9, 2010. This contract may be renewed for two additional one-year periods provided all terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The Superintendent is authorized to approve the renewal agreement for the terms of the specifications.

These services are, or will be, included in the Department of Exceptional Student Education’s Budget in an amount not to exceed $2,900,000.

Contract administration or evaluation is performed by the Project Manager (end user) and Procurement Officer, who function as a team. Reviews are conducted face to face, typically quarterly, or by utilizing an online vendor performance report. Prior to soliciting a new contract, the Contract Administration team must first give consideration to the specifications and supporting data of the expiring contract.
