Approve Acceptance of Project for Soffit Remediation at
Stewart Middle School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Architectural Practice, Inc. and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for removal and replacement of specific areas of steel deck, roof edge, and related components, and removal and replacement of soffit materials on Building 1 (classroom) and Building 2 (gymnasium).

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
