Approve Revised Agreement to Provide Two Surplus School Buses and Driver Training Services for the Museum of Science and Industry, Inc. (MOSI) for their Employees to Transport Students on Field Trips to MOSI

In order to bolster attendance and participation at MOSI, two surplus buses were issued to MOSI in 2009 for a term of one year. The buses are used to transport students to MOSI for field trips. This revised agreement extends that term for three additional years and clarifies how the buses may be used. MOSI will continue to be required to maintain the buses and provide their own drivers. The School District's Transportation Department will continue to provide fee based driver training.
