Approve the Reorganization of the Facilities Accounting Division

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In the continuing effort to reorganize and streamline departments within the Facilities Division and to maximize efficiencies, this item addresses the reorganization of Facilities Accounting. Historically, Maintenance Accounting and Planning and Construction Accounting have been separate functions within the Facilities Division. This reorganization will align all accounting functions within the division. The position changes will result in a savings to the District of $29,712.32.
